FridayOS: the thesis

Most people think the model is the product. It is the opposite: the model is something you rent. What you own is the loop, your own tests, your own corrections, your own data.

We believe small and mid-market businesses will be wiped out by AI unless they own their core agents and workflows, and keep them if they change model vendor, build the learning loops that enable recursive self-improvement, and capture their own context and fine-tune on it, so the business shapes the AI and not the other way round. Most businesses today lean on the frontier labs instead, and none of that work increases the enterprise value of the business; the context, the corrections and the learning stay with the vendor.

Mission. Put value on the balance sheet of the small business.

Thesis. An opinionated operating system is required to align agents and humans around the goals of the business. Recursive self-improvement is built through learning loops. A business that owns its data and its agents owns assets.

Belief. Giving everyone a chief of staff on day one is the key to change management.

How. The chief of staff starts by reducing the friction of communication and administration. It then leads the user into building agent teams, which lets employees build workflows with learning loops, and in time the recursive self-improvement that makes the business worth more. Nothing is isolated: every conversation and every piece of work is context the business keeps, and that context feeds the learning loops.

Why us. FridayOS is designed by small business operators for small businesses. We built it in stealth over the past year, self-funded. EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System, was a harness for humans, and more than 200,000 companies run on it. FridayOS is that playbook rewritten for a business run by humans and agents together.
